Visible Needs is built for families to share honestly and safely. That means privacy is not an extra feature — it is part of the product.
Our principles

- We do not use private family needs for advertising.
- You can request export or deletion of your data.

Privacy controls
Private, partner-only, family-visible, and summary-only needs; account deletion; data export; and household member permissions.
Children
In the MVP, children do not create their own accounts. Child profiles are managed by adults.
AI and suggestions
Care Suggestions are not built yet. When they arrive they are designed to support reflection and planning — and they will not be therapy, medical advice, legal advice, emergency support, or crisis intervention. Visible Needs is a communication and coordination aid, and nothing in it is any of those things.
